In May 2026, Kickstand was officially registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC).

We chose this structure because our work has always been rooted in community, and we wanted that commitment to be clear from the very beginning.

Being a CIC means our focus is, and will always remain, on the communities we work with.

It ensures that the people we collaborate with are at the heart of every decision we make and every piece of theatre we create.
